The redesigned Motorola razr 2019 has been teased for a while now but we didnt have any official renders.
We're getting close to the launch of the new Motorola Razr - now an image has leaked of the upcoming handset. The foldable phone seems to have the same form factor as its progenitor which means it won't be very wide.
Motorola has been granted patents for foldable phones since August 2018. From what we can tell, there looks to be an outward-facing circular camera housing on the top panel, as well as a small display next to it that should provide glanceable information.
Shared by Evan Blass (a reputable leaker) and MobielKopen, the images show a phone that looks quite a lot like the ancient Motorola Razr V3, but where the bottom half of that phone had buttons, here it looks to be all screen, with a fold in the middle. If it is indeed a button, it may potentially be used to unlatch the display from its folded position; Huawei's Mate X employs a similar design. The phone may come equipped with a 6.2-inch long screen which, instead of folding out into a tablet, will fold inside vertically. According to CNET, the device will cost $1,500 and run a Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor with 4GB or 6GB of RAM and 64GB or 128GB of storage. However, the device also appears to be much, much thicker than a Razr. It will get its juice from a 2,730-mAh battery.
