Deputies: Florida mom found dead in Georgia, 4 kids still missing

The search for a missing Florida mother of four has come to a tragic end after her body was found in Southeast Georgia, though her children have yet to be found.

Marion County Sheriff Billy Woods said Monday at a news conference in Ocala, Florida, that they were able to find the children's bodies after interviewing their father.

Detectives still haven't located the children and are continuing their investigation.

Detectives found and identified the remains of 32-year-old Casei Jones near Brantley County, Ga., on Monday morning, according to the Marion County Sheriff's Office.

The children ranged in age from 1 to 10.

She is believed to be driving a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica.

He is charged with second-degree murder in connection with his wife's death.

Jones' family and friends tell investigators that she was last seen in the Ocala area about six weeks ago and they have not seen or heard from her since. More charges are expected to be announced in the coming days.

Jones' husband, 38-year-old Michael Wayne Jones Jr., was also found in Georgia and is being questioned in her death.

"I've never ever been so scared", said Nikki Jones, the mother of the missing women.
