OnePlus 7 Pro India Pre Bookings Open

Previous leaks already painted a picture of how different the OnePlus 7 will be from its Pro sibling, but the new specs sheet adds more details to work with.

With just days away from launching the OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro, OnePlus is going all out in hyping them up, so much so that it dunked its upcoming flagship in a bucket of water to show how resistant it is to water. The ad confirms the OnePlus 7 Pro will offer water resistance, though it will not be a formal IP-certified rating.

The statement was supplemented by the short video you find above, in which the hashtag #OnePlus7Series stands out, a sign that even OnePlus 7 could be as resistant as the Pro variant.

The display of the OnePlus 7 Pro will be a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 3,120 x 1,440-pixel resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. The top-end variant, with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage, will be priced at Rs. 57,999. OnePlus is also geared up to unveil its new flagship OnePlus 7 series on May 14th.

OnePlus has posted a new teaser suggesting the next flagship OnePlus 7 would not be featuring IP rating, which certifies the phone whether it is water or dust resistant. The company will be hosting launch events in New York, London, Bangalore, and Beijing at the same time. These Smartphone 's are expected to come with powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 CPU, backed by 6GB of RAM. Last month we got the first leaked specifications of the OnePlus 7/Pro 5G which was shared by reliable tipster Max J on Twitter.

Coming to the renders, the smartphone will be launched in 'Nebula Blue' and 'Mirror Grey' colour variants. The second one is a telephoto lens of 8 MP with f/2.2 aperture and OIS, and the third lens is of 16 MP with Phase Detection Auto Focus for capturing wide-angle shots.

At OnePlus, we always aim to doing the right things based on what you really need not the industry, especially when it comes to creating the best possible device. All these internals are expected to be powered by a 4,000mAh battery with the company's flagship 30W Warp charge.
