OnePlus will host an event on May 14 in India, which it says will be their largest launch event ever.

Even Ice Universe on Twitter has decided to make its own contribution, announcing that the smartphone will count on the Super AMOLED display from Samsung with 2K resolution and 90 Hz refresh rate (similar to that of the iPad Pro).

Moreover, the OnePlus 7 Pro is said to come with a pop-up selfie camera mechanism. Apart from that, there have been numerous leaks and rumors regarding the OnePlus 7 and the OnePlus 7 Pro giving us a pretty good idea what these devices will have to offer.

In a recent interview, Pete Lau had shared some vital information on the OnePlus 7 Pro smartphone.

The brand is expected to introduce a 5G variant of the Pro as well and now, it is dubbed the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G. OnePlus 7, on the other hand is expected to feature the same design as its predecessor. The setup could include a massive 48-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel with an f/2.4 telephoto sensor (3x zoom), and a 16-megapixel f/2.2 ultra-wide sensor. Emphasizing more on the display, OnePlus CEO confirmed via Twitter that "Indeed, our new product will utilize all-new display technology".

Given that OnePlus has launched its devices for less than what they cost in Europe - the 6T debuted at $549 in the U.S. and €549 in Europe - it's reasonable to assume that the 8GB/256GB OnePlus 7 Pro will retail for $749 in the U.S. The base 6GB/128GB could launch at $699, with the 12GB/256GB edition coming in at $819. OnePlus promises a day's charge in just 20 minutes with Warp Charging. May 14, 2019 will see the company unveil its latest flagship and this time, more than one smartphone is expected to be revealed.

The OnePlus 7 series will make its debut in less than three weeks" time, and right on schedule the "out of stock' sticker has begun appearing alongside certain OnePlus 6T variants in the USA and across the globe. Both the OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro will come in two storage options - 128GB and 256GB.
