Kelly was in court after failing to pay more than $160,000 in child support. The singer - pictured above arriving in court today - left the courtroom in handcuffs and a rep for the sheriff's office told the paper he is returning to Cook County Jail, where he spent three days after being arrested on 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse involving four victims - three of whom were minors - on February 22.

"He came here in good spirits expecting to walk out", Johnson said. "He just doesn't have the money".

Andrea Kelly's manager David France told the Chicago Sun-Times prior to Wednesday's hearing that the singer hadn't made the payment as of 5 p.m. Tuesday.

Kelly was charged last month with 10 counts of aggravated sexual abuse and has pleaded not guilty.

The star also denied accusations, raised in the recent documentary Surviving R Kelly, that he held women against their will, confiscating their phones, restricting their food, and denying them access to their families.

It is safe to say that it is the most shocking part of his interview and that says a lot given the circumstances! During his interview on "CBS This Morning", he became quite emotional when talking about his children. It was his first television interview about the sex abuse case against him, where he told reporter Gayle King that his accusers are liars. King is a mature, established professional, they will say, who had to bite her tongue to keep Kelly from becoming violent. At one point, he stood towering over a calm King, literally shrieking, crying, pounding his fists and beating his chest on camera while a handler held him back. "This is not me!"

When asked how Kelly can still live in the Trump Tower, he replied that Kelly "has some money".

"Stop it. Y'all quit playing". I'm fighting for my f***ing life!

Timothy and Jonjelyn Savage say it's been two years since they heard from their daughter, 23-year-old Joycelyn Savage.

"They are still talking about you with underage girls". "So that is a clear indication to us, and as a mother, that something is definitely wrong with this situation".

She claims Kelly gave her herpes when she was 17. "I'm not Lucifer", Kelly said. Griggs also tells us the Savages made it clear they wanted to meet in a neutral city outside of Chicago. Wednesday at 10 AM Central Time.
