The mystery over how Kelly gathered the funds to post bond persisted even after the Chicago Tribune, citing court documents, reported on Monday afternoon that a "friend" of Kelly's paid his bail. While his alleged victims work to find justice through the legal system, however, Kelly may be in trouble from another angle.
At Kelly's bond hearing Saturday, prosecutors alleged that Kelly tried to force oral sex on his 24-year-old hairdresser in 2003 while he was free on bond on the then-pending child pornography charges.
'The victim also refers to herself as being 14 years of age repeatedly'.
In that video, Avenatti says Kelly can be heard "clearly stating" to the victim: "Give me that 14-year-old p-y", "Show Daddy that 14-year-old p-y", "Spread those legs and show me that 14-year-old p-y", and "Give me that 14-year-old booty hole".
It is thought Avenatti is also trying to get hold of a third tape featuring a different girl.
On Friday, after Kelly was charged with 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse against four alleged victims, Avenatti said that he had turned over a sex tape to Cook County prosecutors in IL allegedly showing the singer engaging in sexual acts with a 14-year-old girl. A judge on Saturday set bond at $1 million U.S., meaning that Kelly must post $100,000 bail to be released.

R. Kelly turns himself in at 1st District police headquarters in Chicago on Friday, Feb. 22, 2019.
But Kelly's attorney said he doesn't believe the accusers.
The charges against the performer came just weeks after the Lifetime television network aired the six-hour documentary series entitled "Surviving R. Kelly" in which multiple women accused him of sexual misconduct and abuse.
The singer-songwriter was arrested on Friday on 10 counts of aggravated sexual abuse.
Each count of the new charges carries up to seven years in prison, making it possible for him to receive up to 70 years.
Following the allegations against Kelly, several stars have spoken out against him, including Lady Gaga and Celine Dion, who both pulled their collaborations with the rapper from streaming service in the wake of the claims. Greenberg told the judge that Kelly isn't wealthy despite decades of success creating hit songs.
