Kelly turned himself into authorities on Friday, and spent the weekend in a Cook County, Illinois, jail. The singer's bail was set at $1 million dollars.

Kelly plead not guilty to all ten counts on Monday (February 25).

The fourth and final victim was identified as J.P., and the incidents she was involved in led to the final three sexual abuse charges against Kelly.

Kelly's lawyer had said the singer's finances are "a mess".

Martinez said it is "irresponsible" for Kelly's lawyer, Steve Greenberg, to call Kelly's accusers liars.

"If your friend was in trouble, wouldn't you bail them out?" she said.

R. Kelly is speculated to have a net worth of around $1 million.

Nearly immediately after Kelly posted his $100,000 bail late Monday and headed to an iconic McDonald's in downtown Chicago, social media lit up with reminders of allegations in the documentary "Surviving R. Kelly" that the R&B star would search for teen girls at McDonald's restaurants.

But attorney Michael Avenatti, who represents one of the accusers, said new witnesses and more videos indicate Kelly "deserves to be locked up for the rest of his life".

She said one of the alleged victims gave authorities a shirt she wore during an alleged encounter with Kelly, which later tested positive for Kelly's DNA.

There are multiple logistical issues that could have thwarted Kelly's efforts to pay over the weekend, said Joseph Lopez, a criminal defense attorney in Chicago not connected to the Kelly case. He allegedly invited another victim to his studio after meeting her at a restaurant where she was celebrating her 16th birthday.

"He said he was innocent, and that was it and that he really couldn't speak to us", Adams said. His next court date is scheduled for March 22. The charges carry three to seven years of prison per count.

R. Kelly has arrived in a Chicago court for another hearing in the sexual abuse case against him. In the Lifetime documentary "Surviving R. Kelly", she talks about being an aspiring singer who was star struck when she met the Grammy Award-winning artist.

By Monday evening, the campaigns in support of Kelly appeared to have been removed. The gossip site also reported that the attorney is working on acquiring a third video that is believed to exist, showing Kelly with a different girl. Each count carries a maximum of 10 years in prison.

However, the 52-year-old singer remains in police custody after not being able to post bail.

Avenatti told reporters that the second video involves the same victim, is about 55 minutes long and is from around 1999 or 2000.

'A grand jury returned an indictment of one count of aggravated criminal sexual abuse based on the transmission of semen by Robert Kelly upon any part of the body of the victim for the objective of sexual gratification during the course of the underlying forcible felony of Attempt Criminal Sexual Assault, ' said Foxx. Kelly is expected to attend.

Among the conditions of release is that Kelly have no contact with females younger than 18.
