Meghan, who is six months pregnant, showed off her large baby bump in a stylish figure-hugging dress by high street retailer H&M, with a coat by Armani, when she visited her new charity Mayhew.

Meghan was visiting the animal welfare charity Mayhew in London when she was introduced to an elderly lady called Peggy, who gets visits from their Therapaws therapy dogs at the care home where she lives.
Her other dog Guy, a Beagle, did make the journey and is now part of the family.
Meghan is known for her love of dogs, and regularly posted pictures of her and her two pets on her Instagram page, before it was shut down.
In a statement, Kensington Palace said: "The Duchess is delighted to become Patron of both national and grassroots organisations that are part of the fabric of the United Kingdom, and is very much looking forward to working with them to bring wider public attention to their causes".
Meghan visited the headquarters of Mayhew which works to keep cats and dogs, whether family pets or companions for the homeless, safe and well, and support local communities.
Meghan rescued her dog Guy from a shelter in 2015 and she and Harry are believed to have adopted a second pup a year ago.
