Along with showing her appreciation for Newton-Wellesley Hospital in Newton, Massachusetts, Frankel tweeted, "I am so grateful".

Everyone who watches "The Real Housewives of New York" knows Bethenny Frankel is allergic to fish, but the rare allergy is far more serious than maybe even Bethenny knew.

In addition to her recent allergic reaction, it's been a tough year for the Skinny Girl founder.

According to Bethenny's tweet, she has a "rare fish allergy" and accidentally had soup with fish in it on Sunday. "Sun, I had soup, itched & was unconscious for 15 mins then to ER & ICU for 2 days w BP of 60/40".

As for what she learned from this bad experience, Bethenny made it very clear that from now on, 'I'll never not carry an #epipen'.

She added, "911 & EPI saved me".

And now Bethenny Frankel has revealed the reason she is still alive is because of her new boyfriend, Paul Bernon. "Her boyfriend saved her life".

Frankel thanked Newton Wellesley Hospital in MA by tagging them on Twitter and writing, 'xo'.

Following her revelation, fans flooded Bethenny's Twitter feed with well wishes, telling the Skinny Girl mogul that they were thinking of her and they were glad to hear she was OK. On Season 10, she was forced to excuse herself from lunch after eating soup that, unknown to her, contained fish.

She quickly fled the room with water in her hand only to come back later to admit she vomited. "It's like poison inside you".
