Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas Wear Traditional Indian Garb Ahead of Wedding

Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra and American singer Nick Jonas landed in Jodhpur on Thursday as excitement over their impending nuptials, dubbed India's "wedding of the year", reached fever pitch. This morning, the soon-to-be Wednesday couple left for Jodhpur, where they will take their wedding vows at Umaid Bhawan Palace on December 1 following Christian rituals followed by Hindu wedding on December 2. The same helicopter has also been booked to ferry guests from Jodhpur airport to Umaid Bhawan Palace.

In fact, the Times also reports that Jonas' brother, Joe Jonas, has also arrived in Mumbai, accompanied by fiancee Sophie Turner ("Game of Thrones").

The couple will reportedly take place in a few more traditional ceremonies before their official wedding ceremony, which will take place over the weekend. Bride-to-be Priyanka wore a attractive white suit with a colourful dupatta and Nick was casually dressed.

Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra and global music sensation Nick Jonas will soon join the "newly-wedded" clan.

The groom-to-be shared a picture on his Instagram story in which he can be seen posing alongside his lady love, brother Joe Jonas, his to-be sister-in-law Sophie Turner, and Priyanka's cousin Parineeti Chopra, among others.

There too, PeeCee, Nick, Joe and Sophie were dressed in traditional Indian clothes. There is then the mehndi ceremony, in which the bride and the female members of her family and friends get henna on their hands and feet. Both the couples were seen sporting an ethnic look at the puja. And as these dates were apparently fixed even before the actress had locked down her wedding dates, she has agreed to be present for the premiere. They are expected to tie the knot on 2nd December.
