LOS ANGELES-Ariana Grande is "finishing" work on her upcoming new album just months after releasing her fourth LP "Sweetener".
Instagram account @commentsbycelebs picked up on real-time evidence of Ariana's healing process.
Monét is one of the two ladies who performed "Thank U, Next" with Grande on The Ellen DeGeneres Show this week.
Referencing her five-month relationship with funnyman Pete, she adds: "Even nearly got married/And for Pete, I'm so thankful, ' before paying tribute to late rapper Mac, who died after an accidental overdose in September, with: 'Wish I could say, "Thank you" to Malcolm/'Cause he was an angel".
Now, of course we know the very next day Ariana released her latest single, Thank u, Next, which pays homage to her ex-lovers.
The God is a Woman singer recently split from her fiancé Pete Davidson - who proposed to her in April just four weeks after they started dating - and she sparked laughter with her input into the best way to choose an engagement ring.
Grande's response post-breakup, however, has set a new standard. "She wants to pour her heart and soul into her music, and being in the studio really helps her deal with her emotions", the insider explained. On Twitter, the ponytailed pop star said it's the "nicest thing anyone's ever done" for her. But, he actually has a sense of relief when he was informed that he wasn't named in the song.
One imagines, therefore, that Ariana Grande is already working on his new album.
