One of the greatest and most powerful comedians of the last several generations was declared a "sexually violent predator" by Montgomery County Judge Steven O'Neill before he was sentenced to prison for the 2004 sexual assault on Constand.

While it's unclear what SCI Phoenix's long-term medical care facilities are like, other prisons LTC services, such as California Correctional Health Care Facility in Stockton, California, feature technology including cells with connectivity for medical equipment, emergency treatment and procedure rooms and a dialysis treatment center, according to KPCC.

District Attorney Kevin Steele rejected the allegations, saying it was widely known that Gianna Constand started her recorder after the call began. Officials though have said they would like to shift him into the general population.

In 2016, Cosby's legal team tried using a defense revolving around the comedian's race and institutionalized racism but subsequently dropped that plan.

"They took my cane, tie and shoelaces because they think I will harm myself", he reportedly said. After Cosby's sentence was handed down, Feden said she asked Constand if she was happy with the outcome.

A lawyer and a spokesman for Cosby did not respond to a request for comment on Wednesday.

"No one is above the law. Why is he trying to put his thumb on the scales of justice?"

Pennsylvania courts have long grappled with how many "prior bad act" witnesses to allow. Prosecutors in the Cosby case originally wanted 19 women to testify, but an appeals court could have seen that as too many.

The model was almost booted from Cosby's sentencing for laughing loudly during a break in the proceedings.

THE AFTERMATH: In a victim impact statement, Constand says she was consumed by self-doubt and confusion after the assault.

He was given a minimum of three years in prison on Tuesday and immediately taken in handcuffs to the county jail. However, the judge, jury, and prosecutor, had a different opinion. ( I hope they get their day as well) So y'all are going to sit here and tell me that all of these women are lying? FOH!

O'Neill questioned jurors in chambers and allowed the man to stay.

According to Radar, Cosby communicated that he feels "under siege" and is begging his wife of 54 years, Camille, 74, to do whatever she can to get him out as soon as possible.
