The 34-year-old actor had been accused by fellow housemate Pallett of hurting her by punching her, which many viewers defended as play-fighting.
Speaking to BANG Showbiz, he said: "For me, normality is all I've ever wanted".
In what turned out to be one of the most controversial series of Celebrity Big Brother to date, Ryan Thomas was crowned this year's victor and sat down with host Emma Willis to finally talk through the "punch-gate" scandal which saw Roxanne Pallet accuse him of assaulting her, only for her to be found to be lying.
Ryan has admitted he would be prepared to forgive Roxanne following her false allegation.
But will Ryan meet with Roxanne to "draw a line under it" as panellist Kevin Maguire asked?
"And unexpected because there was nothing in it and as it unraveled, as it became bigger and bigger, the thing that scared me the most was when Ben said she couldn't stay in the room with me because she was scared".
Ryan finished in first place, with Hollywood actress Kirstie Alley coming second.
The interview comes as CBB victor Ryan fought back tears as he watched back his emotional breakdown on the show in the midst of "Punchgate". The accusation left Thomas in tears in the Big Brother house.
"I don't really want to think about it in the negative".
"And it's daunting to be honest because what be experienced in the house will now become a reality".
Roxanne later said she "massively apologised" on TV, to which Lucy responded she didn't feel it was a genuine apology.
"I think that Roxanne's been through a lot". It's time we look forward.
She has said she now fears she is "the most hated girl in Britain" following the incident.
The DJ added: "I hope there's not too much of a witch hunt because her career is already over now".
