Wonderwall.com can confirm that Ventura County Sheriff's Office inmate records show that Heather, 56, was booked on two counts of misdemeanor battery upon an officer and emergency personnel at 2 a.m. on June 25.

In February, she was arrested in her home under similar circumstances and charged with four misdemeanor counts of battery on an officer.

After a three-day psychiatric stay in a hospital last week, the actress was arrested at her home on Sunday, June 24, 2018. Locklear reportedly punched a responding deputy who was trying to separate her from members of her family, then reportedly kicked an EMT while being placed on a gurney.

It's been claimed that the paramedics arrived and she was put on a trolley when she allegedly kicked an emergency responder. Her bail was set at $20,000. A family member called for help concerning a domestic disturbance, and things got tricky according to TMZ after Heather lashed out.

She had just returned from a trip to Boston at the time when she and boyfriend Chris Heisser began to fight. Responding deputies said she was heavily intoxicated and arguing with friends and family.

Locklear was also allegedly unco-operative with the sheriff's deputies and became combative.

The Ventura County Sheriff's Office told Entertainment Tonight that police were initially called for an unknown disturbance at the actress' home and upon arriving realized it was a domestic disturbance. She reportedly pleaded not guilty to the incident in April.

It is unclear now how these new misdemeanors might impact Locklear's parole given her previous arrest for the same offense.
