Of course, plenty of the listings are for titles that have already been revealed (The Division 2, Metroid Prime 4, Super Smash Bros.) or stuff anybody could reasonable assume is coming (NBA 2K19 and WWE 2K19), but there's also a bunch of unannounced games mixed in. That said, it's been seven years since Rage released on the PlayStation 3, five since Splinter Cell: Blacklist, and Just Cause 3 released in 2015. There's also Dragon Quest 2 for PS4 and Xbox One.
E3 2018 will undoubtedly bring with it a variety of surprise game announcements, but a number of those may have been leaked by Walmart Canada's website. If that wasn't enough, there's also Lego DC Villains, a new Splinter Cell game, Rage 2, and an unnamed Assassin's Creed. Logically, this ought to be followed closely by Forza Horizon 4, that may have now been discharged previously.

Let us know in the comments. Ubisoft has teased Splinter Cell stuff via a Ghost Recond Wildlands crossover.
Video game stories from other sites on the web. There's also nearly no boxart available for any of the games on the list. The Forza information does cast a doubtful look on this leak, seeing as how the game is listed as "Forza Horizons 5" and Forza Horizon 4 hasn't come out yet.
Obviously this is just a (unverified) leak, so there are, really, very few concrete details.
