While some rumors circulated after the guys gathered to watch Justin Timberlake's Super Bowl half-time show, it appears that was just a friendly show of support.

- Chart-topping boy band *NSYNC received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame todayMonday in front of thousands of fans who began lining up early to catch a glimpse of the group that catapulted Justin Timberlake to fame.

"Lance actually brought that to our attention, which I thought was really funny", Joey Fatone told Variety. Ultimately, DeGeneres did the honor for him by putting her own "I have" paddle on his knee, to which he briefly matched.

Timberlake, who was one of the band's lead vocalists, was joined by bandmates Lance Bass, JC Chasez, Joey Fatone and Chris Kirkpatrick.

Justin's Spice Girl confession was the one to get everyone talking though and the internet has lit up with speculation about who it could be.

But today, *NSYNC will finally receive their star on the Walk of Fame in Los Angeles.

And the 38-year-old took the opportunity to address why he had kept his sexuality a secret from fans for so long.

After some detective work, many fans have tipped Emma Bunton as the most likely given that she was once pictured with JT at an afterparty for a concert he did in London way back in 2003.

NSYNC, the American boy band formed in Orlando, had been a cultural phenomenon in the 90s.

The Spice Girls were reportedly close with the American boy band. He also thanked his four bandmates, adding, "I was a kid when we came together and I'm a man today because of the family I have and you".
