The children's mother was in another room feeding other children lunch at the time of the incident, authorities said. I can't answer that. "I do know it's a tragedy", the local police said when asked if the boy knew what he was doing.
The sheriff tells WCBI the boy went and grabbed a.25 caliber when his sister would not give him the controller.
Meanwhile, Cantrell expressed shock about the incident, claiming that this is the first time they ever dealt with a shooting incident involving a kid. She has since been named as Dijonae White. "That's why I'm not too fast to say anything because there are juveniles involved".
