Arsenal go into Saturday's game off the back of a resounding 5-1 win over Everton in their last top-flight fixture.
Aubameyang starred and scored on his Premier League debut against Everton, while Lacazette sat on the bench, but Wenger is not particularly anxious about his compatriot's mindset after getting dropped.
"He played only one game at home against Werder Bremen".
"[Playing at Wembley] has a little weight in it because we feel we have a good level of performance there", he added.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has scored four goals in four previous appearances against Tottenham Hotspur in all competitions; once in the Champions League (2 games) and three goals in the Europa League (2 games). Both of them had a great game against Everton as the Gabon global scored on debut while the Armenian picked up a hat-trick of assists.
"[Mkhitaryan] has a very professional attitude and overall I think that is what you want from every player". Aaron Ramsey recorded the only hat-trick of his 10-year Arsenal career.
On Arsenal's mentality going into the big derby, Wenger said: "You have to find a good balance between rational and emotional".
In Kane, Tottenham have arguably the best striker in the Premier League and with the likes of Christian Eriksen, Dele Alli, Son Heung-min and the arrival of Lucas Moura from Paris Saint-Germain, Spurs have a lethal attack. "What you want is for everyone to be focused to win the game".
However, the Gunners star - who recently committed his long-term future to the Emirates side - does come out on top, marginally, in terms of shots to goal ratio.
Alli takes more shots at goal (57) but the Welshman has superior shooting accuracy (45.54%) and a better shots-to-goal ratio (13.64%).
The North London derby is one of England's fiercest rivalries between two clubs located just a few miles from each other. They will be looking to make a similar impact this weekend and perhaps take advantage of any rust Toby Alderweireld may have picked up during his three-month injury layoff with a hamstring problem.
