One of the women told CTV she met Brown in a bar more than 10 years ago when she was in high school, that he invited her to his home, provided her with alcohol, even though she was under the drinking age, exposed himself and asked her to perform a sexual act.

The other, a university student who worked in his office when Brown was a federal MP, alleges Brown sexually assaulted her following an event she helped organize in 2013.
Horwath says Brown would no longer be a member of her caucus if he were a New Democrat.
However, hours later, after his several staff and campaign members resigned when Brown refused to step down and leader, he tendered his resignation to party officials. "Absolutely", Jones said, adding that the allegations came as a "shock".
CTV News said it had viewed records of correspondence between Brown and the women. When she told him to stop, he did and drove her to her parents' house, she said.
It appears not everyone in the Tory caucus wanted an interim leader who also would carry the leadership mantle into the election, however.
"It's a hard and courageous thing to do to come forward in the way these young women have done tonight", Wynne said in a post on Twitter.
"As a woman, these kinds of things happen to you", she said. Brown. She did not have specific details. Brown as I was a volunteer and she was a caucus member.
The two have said it is not fair to the party's 200,000 members not to have a say in who could succeed Wynne as premier.
He also said that MacLeod told him that the rumours came from former National Hockey League player Eric Lindros.
But McDonell said the allegations are not in character with the Patrick Brown that he knows.

On sexual misconduct in politics, Clark said, "The stories told by courageous victims of sexual abuse who are coming forward in recent months have demonstrated this is an issue across society as a whole".
"I am very saddened to hear about these allegations against Patrick Brown last night".
Brown resigned abruptly early Thursday morning following allegations of sexual misconduct, less than five months before a provincial election.
The allegations haven't been tested in court. He called the allegations troubling but false and suggested he would sue. MPP Vic Fedeli, who ran against Brown for the leadership, has already said he will put his name forward for the job.
NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh also said Brown was right to resign based on the serious nature of the allegations. "I along with our entire PC Ontario Party condemn sexual harassment in the strongest of terms As a father of two young girls we must strive to create a safe and open environment for women and girls to come forward and be supported if, heaven forbid, they were a victim of sexual harassment", Rickford said in a statement released on Twitter.
Mr. Fedeli said he would convene a meeting of the PC Ontario Fund's board soon, at which time he said he expects a "full disclosure and a full analysis of all monies spent".
