They found the bodies inside the home and a medic pronounced all four dead.

"My sister was supposed to be with me and her children, all three of them, for Christmas, and I got robbed of that", said Shakera Symes.
A lesbian couple and their two children were killed in what police are calling a savage manner this week in their apartment in Troy, N.Y., near Albany.

The childrens' uncle, Khalif Coleman, said 5-year-old Shanise was unusually mature for her age. Brandi Mells, 22 years old.
Robinson says he knows nothing about Mells. "It's inconceivable. The fact that they haven't been caught, people are afraid", he said.
Troy police on Thursday identified the victims as 36-year-old Shanta Myers; her children, 11-year-old Jeremiah Myers and 5-year-old Shanise Myers; and 22-year-old Brandi Mells.
Police in upstate NY have arrested two men in connection with the brutal murder of a lesbian couple and two children.
