Comedian Hannibal Burress has been arrested on a disorderly intoxication charge after getting into a heated argument with cops in Miami.

A video of the incident posted on YouTube shows a handcuffed Buress standing up against a cop auto with two police officers standing directly in front of him. Buress, who is handcuffed and leaning against the cops' auto can be seen with two cops standing right in front of him as he repeatedly yells, "Am I under arrest? Explain what I am detained for", Buress repeatedly shouts, occasionally stumbling over his words, in a video posted to YouTube by user Mitchell Wiggs.

"What am I detained for?"

The Miami Police Department shared on Twitter that Buress was arrested for disorderly intoxication, but did not mention a charge for trespassing. "Take the handcuffs off of me, I didn't do anything, I'm not getting in your auto", he said. The hashtag #FreeHannibalBuress later trended on Twitter.

However, Miami Beach is hosting the Art Basel worldwide art fair this weekend, which draws celebrities from around the world. For what?' Buress yells in the video, handcuffed and leaning against a patrol vehicle.

Buress was reportedly released at 6 a.m. after posting a $500 bond.

The confrontation allegedly started after the comedian approached one of the cops with bloodshot eyes and a strong odor of alcohol and asked him to call an Uber, according to TMZ.

The cop says he asked him to leave 5 times before cuffing him.

Buress is credited with helping to take down pervy comedian Bill Cosby after a 2014 bit calling the elder comedian racist renewed scrutiny over long-standing allegations that Cosby had drugged and raped women.

"No, you're making it harder", Buress said.

Buress is known for his stand-up comedy and guest spots on movies and shows, including "Spiderman: Homecoming" and "Baywatch".
