According to USA showbiz website TMZ, Ford, along with others at the scene, helped to get the woman to safety before paramedics arrived.
The driver was taken to a nearby hospital. Thankfully the woman only sustained minor injuries.
The vehicle collided with a tree after rolling over, Santa Paula senior police officer Matt Alonzo told the Ventura County Star. Aside from the heroic vehicle crash rescue, Ford also assisted the NYPD during this fall by helping direct civilian traffic around another vehicular accident that occurred at the Queens-Midtown Tunnel.
Ford and several other bystanders immediately rushed to the driver's aid.
Harrison Ford was seen in Santa Paula helping out at the scene of a rollover accident Sunday, authorities said.
The "Indiana Jones" actor is a known plane enthusiast. He was flying a 1942 Ryan Aeronautical ST3KR, a vintage World War I aircraft, at the time.
This isn't the first time Ford's lent a helping hand though. Earlier this year, Harrison was also spotted directing traffic in New York City when he was stuck in a jam at the entrance of a tunnel in midtown Manhattan. Ford was reportedly not involved in the crash.
