When Lady Gaga and ex-fiancé Taylor Kinney chose to "take a break" back in July of a year ago, fans were largely left to wonder why the twosome that once seemed destined for marriage suddenly fell off the rails.

A recent teaser for Lady Gaga's new Netflix documentary, "Five Foot Two," revealed an emotional moment in the pop star's ongoing struggle with chronic pain.

The documentary charts the break-up, and shows Lady Gaga crying as she discusses the reasons the pair finally split. The couple were engaged at the time, and have managed to remain friends since their break-up, with Kinney recently attending one of Lady Gaga's shows. I'm never not creating.
