Getting used to a Wembley way will be hard, admits Mauricio Pochettino

Pochettino's side have struggled at the national stadium in recent times, including in their awful Champions League campaign a year ago where they did not make it out of the group stage.

Rose told The Sun on the eve of the new Premier League season that "I know my worth and I will make sure I get my worth", as well as imploring the board to sign "world-class players" and "not players you have to google and say, 'who's that?'"

Tottenham Hotspur left-back Danny Rose would reportedly favour a move to Chelsea over Manchester United and will push for a move to west London if the Blues come calling.

"We are ready and we are excited", Pochettino said.

Dier is an essential member of the Spurs squad owing to his versatility but he hasn't played at right back for the club since the 2014/15 season and his lack of pace could be exposed by the speedy Christian Atsu out wide.

"I think Wembley is going to be a big problem [this year too]".

"When we signed players like Eric Dier, nobody knew, or Dele Alli who was playing in League One".

Despite Mauricio Pochettino's men looking the real deal in the last two seasons, there have been times where his side look to have been distracted by the occasion of certain fixtures. I rate him really highly - he was a brilliant component in the team and gave Conte adaptability.

The Welsh worldwide silenced a lot of his critics last season, featuring in all but one of their Championship fixtures and taking on the responsibility of vice-captain in the process.

If he is able to stay fit and score goals at a rate similar to that of last the campaign, Spurs will feel a lot more confident about their title chances. He has had slow starts in the last two seasons, not scoring till September. Lamela is a player who divides Spurs supporters like no other, but even his fiercest critics agree that he's no good to anyone in his current state.

"Chairman Daniel Levy is working hard with the chief scout [Steve Hitchen], we are working hard to deliver and try to add the strength we need to fight in four competitions next season".

"I am relaxed because when you see the team and the players they are so focused". Spurs may retain the overall best starting XI of last year's Premier League, but they haven't done a thing to improve it.

A very, very productive transfer window has seen West Ham bring in players of the highest calibre, Joe Hart, Javier Hernandez, Marko Arnautovic and Pablo Zabaleta will provide not only their services as players but vital Premier League experience.

"I'm sure that will happen and we'll add some players before the end of the transfer window". It's very rare a transaction doesn't go through eventually, as we saw with Neymar.
