Apple iPhone 8 will come on time but supply would remain constrained

Apple has finally joined Instagram – but won't be posting any pictures of their own

Apple joins Instagram just to show off iPhone photos

Since the firm will be introducing a near bezel-less look for the iPhone 8, it is only left with so many options when it comes to relocating the sensor.

Apple hasn't provided any official details regarding this, therefore; it still remains unclear as to what they plan on doing with the same. Blass tweeted an image of the iPhone 8 in a protective case. Interestingly, recent reports indicate that the iPhone 8's facial recognition feature will even be able to identify users when the device is laying flat on a table. But the new leaks confirmed the next iPhone's design which is taking the track of Android in the Operating System's interface. Lack of enough OLED panels is also another reason why many believed had been adversely affecting iPhone 8 production.

The most obvious place is clearly the front, and that's where Apple has provided the fingerprint sensor access since its introduction on the iPhone 5S back in 2013. On the front, we can clearly see the OLED display with its cut outs on top for the ear piece and front-facing camera. Each new round of design leaks does certainly build the anticipation. The image which shows the back side of the device shows the presence of a vertical dual camera setup.

According to a report by AppleInsider, who obtained a research note by KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, the iPhone 8 will launch alongside the iPhone 7s and iPhone 7s Plus. However, rumors have been circling for months claiming troubles behind closed doors that could result in Apple postponing the handset's launch. Keefe, Bruyette & Woods set a $170.00 target price on Apple and gave the stock a "buy" rating in a report on Monday, May 22nd. In fact, the report states that the supply chain will produce between 2 million to 4 million units only this quarter.

The analyst said that the OLED iPhones are scheduled to enter the production verification test stage at the end of August, before going into commercial production in September. According to Kuo's latest investor note, the iPhone 8 and the two iPhone 7S models will all come in only three colors- black, silver, and gold.
