The actor known for roles in "Transformers" and "Fury" was arrested at 4 a.m. on Saturday morning and charged with obstruction, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, according to the Chatham County Sheriff's Department booking information.

As of Saturday morning, LaBeouf has posted bond for his latest arrest and was released.

This is not the first time LaBeouf has been arrested for allegedly being drunk and disorderly in public. After being denied the cigarette he was seeking, Shia LaBeouf reportedly "became disorderly" by using profanities and vulgar language. After he was told to leave the area, he refused and became "aggressive" with the officer.

They added that when the officer tried to apprehend LaBeouf, he ran into a hotel and was arrested in the lobby, where he continued to behave in a disorderly manner. That time around, LaBeouf was busted for driving drunk in West Hollywood. In January, he was arrested in NY after police said he got in a scuffle with a man at his own art exhibit.

American actor Shia LaBeouf has been arrested. Per TMZ, Shia was arrested in 2015 in Austin due to his level of intoxication. The star agreed to get alcohol abuse treatment as part of a settlement related to the incident.

Labeouf was arrested earlier this year for assaulting a pro-Donald Trump protester during the actor's anti-Trump exhibit in New York City. A spokeswoman for LaBeouf, 31, did not return a call or email seeking comment.
