Kardashian's Instagram account was deactivated on Wednesday after he posted the pictures, which he then shared to Twitter. The reason it's illegal to share this type of image in the first place is because it violates that person's private rights, and even worse, has potential to cause them some type of personal harm.

Chyna previously denied that she and Jones were ever romantic, insisting that he was a "gay" former business contact who was trying to "extort" her.

Nonetheless Mosley is still advising Chyna how best to proceed, so she doesn't have to deal with Rob's Twitter fingers in the future.
