Eddie Lacy's moving out charity garage sale began Friday in Green Bay with several interesting items available for the public to purchase.
100 percent of the proceeds will be donated to a charitable organization, Lacy said.
Lacy, who just signed with the Seahawks after four seasons with the Packers, tweeted that everything except a six-piece sofa had been sold within two hours.
Lacy had nearly everything imaginable up for sale, too, from clothing to furniture and even used body wash. On Friday, his discounted Packers gear - plus the normal fare that one might find at a garage sale, like video games, movies, furniture and even laundry detergent - drew a large crowd. Knowing that he would be moving, Lacy chose to hold a garage sale in which he'd sell many of his belongings and tons of gear. Though no items apparently remained by the end of the sale, any ones that did would have gone to the Freedom House, a shelter for homeless families in Green Bay.
