The legislation further provides the agency $34 million to overcome the costs of protecting Trump.
The funding will be used to pay to better fortify the 5th Avenue tower and pay and equip those who protect it while the first lady continue to live there while the Trumps' son Barron attends school.
The remaining $60 million is reportedly reimbursing local municipalities - such as New York City and Palm Beach County's "extraordinary law enforcement personnel costs".
It comes as the Secret Service and some localities have strained to cover the costs of protecting President Donald Trump and his family, including for the business or leisure travel of his adult children.
"That's good news for our city and the hardworking police officers faced with this unprecedented security challenge", de Blasio said in a statement.
The US Secret Service spends $750m per annum providing security services for the US President and other top politicians.
The funds would go to the New York Police Department, which spent more than $2 million per week securing Trump Tower in Manhattan when the president was interviewing for his Cabinet positions before his inauguration, a Democratic congressional aide told the newspaper.
According to the New York Times, an additional $23 million is earmarked for the costs of outfitting Trump Tower, the office and residential building owned by the president, with "the necessary equipment and personnel, as well as to rent space inside the building for agency personnel".
According to the news outlet, the total cost of securing the sky scrapper is $127,000 to $145,000 per day.
Members of Congress managed to agree on a spending bill-price tag is more than $1 trillion-that includes $1.5 billion in new border security but not an actual wall, plus $15 billion more for the Pentagon.
