She wrote that Belafonte was verbally abusive to her a year ago while she was on a trip to London during filming of "America's Got Talent".
In July 2012, she was going to tape an X Factor segment with Usher, but Belafonte was jealous and punched her with a closed fist in the face, splitting her lip.
The big question is why the singer and reality show judge wanted to split from her husband. The documents stated that she tried leaving but he "threatened me with violence and threatened to destroy my life in every possible way ... destroy my career and take my kids from me".
And that's where the threesomes came in.
Other claims include Mel saying that Stephen has sex tapes of the pair and has repeatedly threatened to release them.
Mel also alleged that Stephen got their nanny pregnant and said he proposed that she move in and they all live together, but then demanded the nanny got an abortion while also supposedly paying her off to the tune of $300,000.
Her request for a temporary restraining order details how he would punch her in the face with a closed fist, with the beatings timed around her accomplishments, such as her finale of "Dancing with the Stars" and her appearance on the "X Factor".
Mel, who filed for divorce from the producer last month, alleges the abuse began the first year of their marriage back in 2007.
The former Spice Girl claims Stephen got their nanny pregnant.
TMZ states one of the dates on which abuse took place was in August 2012 when the singer performed at the closing ceremony for the London Olympics. When she asked how was she supposed to work with the injury, he allegedly said she should have thought about that before chose to "flirt and f**k Usher". The worst thing that he did was that he forced her to participate in threesomes, by threatening her that he would release their tapes. Brown claims that her skin was "scabbed over from the rug burns" on the carpet and that Belafonte allegedly forced her to tweet that she hurt herself by running in Christian Louboutin heels. That's it. I'm shocked at those allegations and that's what it is.
"Agents from the Dept. of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms served a search warrant on Belafonte Friday night after his brother made claims Stephen had the gun". When she tried calling 911, Stephen locked her in their bedroom and told her to "die, bitch!'"
He went to the home late Monday afternoon, TMZ reports, packed up most of his belongings, and told a photographer in the vicinity that these allegations are untrue. We guess we'll have to see how this plays out in court.
